Philadelphia's own Patti LaBelle has been a friend to AIM from the very beginning, joining us for our 2006 AIM for the Stars gala and lending her name to our Lower School performance stage.  Belting out classic rhythm and blues renditions, pop standards and spiritual sonnets have created the unique platform of versatility for which this Grammy Award winner is acclaimed. Ms. Labelle is equally renowned for her passionate stage performances, wide vocal range and distinctive high-octave belting as she is for her work on behalf of the American Diabetes Association, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, GLAAD, and the NAACP.
