Annual Giving
Your yearly commitment to the AIM general operating fund enables us to enhance our research-based programs of exploration, learning, and growth for bright children with learning disabilities. Donations can always be made online.
United Way
Remember that AIM Academy is now a member of United Way --Donor Choice # 45961. This is a great way to give through your company or ask your colleagues to designate their gift to AIM.
Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and
Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC)
There are $150 million of Pennsylvania tax dollars available to be tapped for student scholarships each year! Please visit www.newpa.org and search for EITC or OSTC to learn how businesses can direct scholarship dollars to AIM through these programs.
Special Events
AIM Academy has three extraordinary events through which you can have fun while helping to change the lives of children with learning differences. Visit AIM for the Stars, Race to Read, and AIM for Kids to learn more.
Foundations
Public and private foundations continue to give money even in the most difficult of financial times. Our early track record for grants received was 85% when we had a personal introduction! Please let us know if there are foundations that you can introduce AIM to this year.
Enhanced Giving Opportunities through Retirement Plans
Under new tax laws, individuals aged 70 ½ or older may now make gifts to qualified charitable organizations using funds transferred directly from individual retirement accounts without the tax burden. Please check with your tax advisor for more information.
Contributions of Goods and Services
We have needs for additional computers, audio systems, marketing services, furniture, art materials, books, etc. If you have access to vendors who may be able to help in this way, this is important to us.
